Kellycom Web Design can help you develop a web page that matches
your objectives. From a static one page internet billboard to multiple-page
enhanced sites we can design the site that matches your needs. We
do this by following an effective 5 stage approach to completing your
project.
The proposal and project review involves the initial
planning stages that are required to begin the development process.
During this stage we will help our clients define their objectives
for the project, establish timelines and deliverable dates, and submit
a formal proposal outlining the nature, scope, and cost of the project.
At this stage Kellycom Web Design will provide specifications
for all aspects of the project. The following items will be submitted
for your review and approval.
- A site map outlining the navigational structure of the website
- Sample pages matching the design preferences specified in stage 1
- Documentation of project timelines and deliverables
Once these items have been presented to the satisfaction
of the client the project specifications will be presented for final
approval.
In this stage Kellycom Web Design will create a pre-release version
of the website. The individual pages outlined in the proposal will
be implemented based on the agreed upon project specifications. Our
clients are then able to view the pre-release version in the preparation
area of the Kellycom Web Design website.
During this stage Kellycom Web Design will perform a systematic
test of each page included as part of the web project. Each page is
reviewed manually by Kellycom Web Design. We compare each item on each page
to ensure each page conforms to the project specifications and is
error free. Some of the areas covered in the design check are:
- Do all fonts and colors match the project specifications?
- Is all spelling accurate?
- Is the navigation on the page error free and accurate?
- Are all graphics referenced on the page available?
At this stage you may review the final product in the
Kellycom Web Design preparation area. Once this review has been completed to
your satisfaction the site will be transferred to the live address
for the website for viewing by the general public.
Our development process is designed to not only create a high quality
final product, but also to keep our clients aware and involved in
the development process. We believe it is essential to keep you informed
at every step in our relationship. When the project starts we will
allow you to view our progress in our website staging area. By being
honest and open with regard to every aspect of your project from cost
projections to documented solutions, to fingertip access to project
